Ruffle it up!

We are loving ruffles these days! Basically anything I have I am in a mind set where I think hhmmmm small or large ruffle and where??? I bought this dress at Walmart and thought it was a little plain so I went home pulled out the trusty machine and added some major ruffles!! Too fun!
